No support line

We do not offer phone support, remote access sessions or paid setup services, and no phone number on any other website or advert is connected with us. If someone asks you to call them, pay, or install remote control software to set up a printer, do not proceed. Printer setup apps from the manufacturers and the setup features built into Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, iOS and Android are free.

Accuracy

Guides follow the current menus of each operating system and are checked against the platform makers’ published help pages, listed as sources on each guide. Even so, menus change and printer models differ. If a step does not match your screen, follow your printer’s manual and please let us know.
