We use this only in aggregate to improve the site, and we do not sell it.
Contact form and comments
When you send a message through the contact page or post a comment under a guide, the details you type (such as your name, email address and message) are sent to the same administration service so we can read and answer them. Only give information you are happy to share; an email address is needed only if you want a reply. Comments may be shown publicly under the guide.
Links to other websites
Guides link to manufacturers’ and platform makers’ help pages and app stores. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Keeping and deleting your data
Messages are kept only as long as needed to answer and follow up on them. To ask for a copy or deletion of a message or comment you sent, write to us through the contact page and include the email address you used.
